Requirement of attendance:
  • One evening health seminar
  • Three full day seminars
  • Graduation celebration with 10,000 step Walkathon and “Certificate of Wellness Mentor”
Program:
  • Initial assessment and evaluation of current health status
  • Online nutritional program with free nutritional consultation through Nutriscan (please click on our nutrition tab to enroll and use the health code Kim Foot)
  • Lab work (Cholesterol and Sugar), Blood Pressure, Weight (BMI) and health questionnaire on lifestyle and habits
  • Daily reminder email health messages
  • Each member will be paired up with a Wellness Partner that will communicate daily regarding program progress
  • Specialists such as Nutritionists or Naturopathic doctors, Exercise physiologists or Kinesiologists, and Chiropractors are available upon request to handle challenges or questions
  • “9 Secrets Life Transformation Journal” will guide each member through their transformation

9 Weeks of healing and health!

After 9 weeks, 47 out of the 50 participants completed Dr. Kim’s 9 Week Life Transformation Program. We had so many wonderful people who have healed themselves from many health risks and issues. Many are currently off blood pressure medication, diabetic medication, and much more. This program turned out to be a great success.

Thank you to Gregg Washington of Fitness Impact for his generousity. Gregg donated 14 gift certificates for training at his gym. Gregg also gave our Grand Prize winner Jacob Gutierrez 10 free training sessions with Gregg.

Thank you to Advanced Wellness Centers for donating their gracious gift for our runner up. James Barry our runner up will enjoy his gift certificate for many free services at their facility.
